Personal Programme Design
Take your fitness to the next level
Our instructors will put together a personal exercise programme designed for your specific goals. Your fitness programme will include high-intensity training, cardio & strength training, flexibility, and recovery time to help you maximize results at a healthy pace. Combined with your regular studio classes and easy to follow dietary plans your results will be accelerated. Personal training includes one to one or small group sessions and ongoing support. We will review your programme every 6 weeks to keep you on track.
