Every member will be shown how to use all Precor cardio and strength machines including free weights. Our instructors will put together a personal exercise programme designed for your specific goals. Your fitness programme will include a body analysis and health check, cardio and conditioning and flexibility to help you maximize results at a healthy pace. Combined with your regular studio classes and easy to follow dietary plans your results will be accelerated. We will review your programme every 6 weeks to keep you on track.
